Further experiments have shown that adiponectin acts on neural progenitor cells in the hippocampus after the brain, and regulates emotional state by affecting nerve formation. Su Guohui said that the incidence of depression in today's society is getting higher and higher. Although exercise therapy has proven clinically effective, in-depth research on mechanisms is relatively lacking. They clarified the mechanism of exercise anti-depression and provided new ideas for the development of new antidepressants.
